Having been a part of the early years of distance learning as an Instructional Design Specialist, I was often asked to stand-in for client talent. This gave me first-hand experience in presenting for video, live broadcasting and webcasts. I now use that experience to improve instructional designs, teach others how to present effectively, serve as Talent for client programs and even to deliver some of my own programs via distance learning.
