I began my professional career as a public school teacher and never lost a fondness for the classroom. I've had the fortunate opportunity to lecture at various academic institutions and am often asked to serve as an extension of their faculty. Below are some of the academic and continuing education programs I have supported:


George Washington University, College of Business - Guest Lecturer
Invited to lecture to the eCommerce in Business class and before the Women Entrepreneur's program. Currently serving as mentor to one of the GWU women entrepreneurs

University of Connecticut, Continuing Studies - Guest Lecturer
Designed and presented 2-day workshop on eGovernment and Customer Relationship Management on the Web to state government employees

Loyola College in Baltimore, Sellinger School of Business- Guest Lecturer
Authored and delivered a month-long lecture series on eCommerce for the Scholars Program

Loyola College in Baltimore, School of Business and Management - Adjunct Faculty
Designed curriculum and delivered first offering of Internet Marketing course to be included in the graduate MBA program, Fall 2000, Spring 2001

Kentucky Rural Telecommunications Institute
Authored and delivered multi-day program on distance learning technologies and pedagogy to statewide Higher Education and Community College Educators

Multimedia Technology and Information Systems Management Super Conference
Guest presenter for 2-week educational forum for dignitaries of the United Arab Emirates, Washington, D.C., including: Internet Foundations, Emerging Technologies and Multimedia, Distance Learning Technologies, Information Systems Organizational Models

U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
Co-authored and presented "Alternative Delivery Methods" - 2 week course providing technical overview and hands-on experience for state trainers on a wide variety of educational technologies

American Association of Retired Persons
Designed, developed and taught over 30 titles of office automation courseware to 2,000+ staff and volunteers, in many cases providing the students with their first introduction to the computer and its applications
