She combines this focus along with skill in usability design and deep knowledge of marketing to create product road maps and integrated marketing, branding, communications, and sales strategies that get real business results. At her last association, Cathy led the charge in creating, launching, and marketing a new tech-enabled product, surpassing key performance indicators 27 to 58 percent within just a few months. The marketing team she launched at a privately held multi-million-dollar company led to 13% growth. Cathy has also taught marketing, advertising, communications, entrepreneurship, ethics, strategy, and operations at the undergraduate level.
Cathy has a doctoral degree in information systems and communications, while her dissertation focused on scaling impact in nonprofits and social enterprises. She also holds a master’s degree in administration and bachelor’s degree in economics. She resides in the Washington, DC metro area.
