Melissa Donner has nearly 20 years of experience as a program and product management leader and more than a decade of experience delivering high quality IT solutions, training and support.
She was the Director of the Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS) at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) where she helped launch, improve, and grow the service until it developed into a global solution for a growing collection of medical institutions and students.
Prior to working with Ellipsis Partners and the AAMC, she served as the Director of Student Services for the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University. Even there she was passionate about improving the experience of all with which she interacted, uncovering their needs and goals, and creatively delivering solutions while building strong relationships in the process.
Melissa grew up in Virginia and is a graduate of McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College) with a BA in Economics and Business Administration. She and her husband and their two daughters now live in Colorado.
