Technology strategy is more than just the systems you need - it is the answer to some urgent questions: How will you use technology to be of value to your members?  What services will give you a competitive edge?  What systems do you need to deliver them?  And how can you put them in place on a tight budget?  This recorded webinar will help you think about current technology options in a new way and gives you a plan of action to develop and implement your new technology strategy.
