With over 26.2 million teleworkers in the U.S., the virtual workforce is expected to grow substantially in coming years. Given this surge in home-based employees, how can organizations arm themselves with the right approach and technologies to ensure their virtual teams are contributing fully?

Moira Edwards from Ellipsis Partners and Shani Bagley from the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity spoke at the 2013 ASAE Technology Conference and Expo on the topic Trusting the Contributions of your Virtual Workforce: Lessons from Real Life.
